A Dragons Quest Update 5 - Interface and Polish


*Update - I noticed that on level 6, when you die it freezes/pauses the game, i will investigate - I will also change ESC as Pause as this will prioritise getting out of Full Screen Mode First* 

So, after a big response form my fellow classmates. i have done a MAJOR amount of Updates. 

Firstly, All my menus work and run smoothly. I have adjusted to (some) of the responses already so i'll just dot point them...

  1. I have made the Dragons hit box smaller - the No. 1 request funnily enough
  2. I have decreased the sound of the enemies when they *Ahem* Pop...
  3. I have made the Fire slightly larger, so as to make it easier to hit those small arrows
  4. The Player will now have a sound effect when an arrow hits it.
  5. Full screen now works flawlessly, (Thanks to the input from my classmates)
  6. When the level ends - the background stops and plays again when the scene continues (This one actually took me a bit but honestly a simple fix)
  7. You can click the left mouse button to fire now - *Stop Breaking Your Spacebar*
  8. I have a Header stating what level you are on. - I will add a score later -

Things I completed before this testing session including the health bar, The end game listener, the restart button and to keep the background music running throughout the scenes. Were all completed with the help of ChatGPT and I will supply the links to the conversations below.

I also added sounds and levels since last week, (I think it was last week) 

There are now 6 Levels in total - all increasing in difficulty (Yes you can Start, Play and Finish the game, and that alone is an awesome sense of Accomplishment). This is done by increasing the no. of Enemies on a screen at a time, the time between spawns and how fast the enemies move and shoot. The last Level is more of a Joke and I didn't expect anyone to beat it but they did (You Know who you are and You should be Proud.) - I have since made the last level - Stupid Fun/Funny so see if you can get there....
